Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote Location: Remote (Must be based in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa) Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours) About Nelson Media Company Nelson Media Company is a growing video production and marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses tell their stories through high-quality, impactful video content. We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and delivering results-driven video solutions. As we expand, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate leads and set qualified meetings with businesses across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. About the Role As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, helping them understand how video marketing can elevate their brand. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with decision-makers, book discovery calls, and set up opportunities for our team to showcase our services. This role is fully remote, with flexible hours and performance-based pay. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. • Educate prospects on the value of video marketing and Nelson Media Company’s services. • Schedule and confirm discovery meetings for our sales team. • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and results in our CRM. • Collaborate with our team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion. What We’re Looking For • Strong Communicator – Confidently engage with business decision-makers. • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Thrive in a results-driven environment. • Resilient & Persistent – Comfortable with cold outreach and overcoming objections. • Organized & Tech-Savvy – Able to manage leads and track progress using CRM tools. • Experience in Sales or Lead Generation (preferred but not required). Compensation & Benefits • Base Pay + Performance-Based Bonuses • Flexible Remote Work – Work from anywhere within Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa. • Growth Opportunities – Potential to transition into a full-time role as we expand.
