Key Responsibilities: As a CVS Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Accurately document and manage customer interactions using our systems.


• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and achieve department goals.


• Continuously strive to improve your product and process knowledge to better serve our customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
