About the position The Experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Claims Service Specialist at GEICO's Tucson office is responsible for investigating claims, collecting statements, and providing support to policyholders. This role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. The position offers opportunities for career growth within a diverse and inclusive environment. Responsibilities Collect facts about accidents and investigate claim details. , Collect statements from involved parties. , Provide support and assistance to policyholders during the claims process. , Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English. , Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Requirements 12+ months of claims liability experience making coverage and liability decisions. , Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing. , Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. , Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Nice-to-haves An associate's degree or higher (preferred). , Active Adjusters insurance license (preferred).
