We are working with a strong, stable local company. They are growing, and we are looking for an Office Manager to add to their team. The Office Manager will handle day-to-day responsibilities related to accounts payable, receivable, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: • Tracking expenses and advances • Preparation and bill payment • Perform Reconciliations • Balance Cash Requirements: • At least 3 years experience • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is a must • Must be organized and detail-oriented • An accounting degree is preferred Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screening and background checks are required.
