Open and close tickets - make sure ticket info is correct, open it and start the process and close them out at the end of the day. Use internal ticketing system. Ensure all devices that were online at the beginning are online at the end, if not they need to troubleshoot. Ability to look at 4-5 tools and check what on and offline. Excel is needed for tracking and updating. Heavy email communication and chat.
