We're searching for a qualified Quality Review And Audit Lead Analyst - Operations Testing Center Of Excellence! This role is located at our Remote facility. Description: • Lead and influence by example within the Operations Testing COE Team. • Support the Operations Testing Team by testing client benefits and ensuring correct setup. • Partner with Ops Testing leadership to enhance process improvement and technical skills. • Develop test plans and perform verification/quality assurance. • Track and report progress to leadership on deadlines. • Lead initiatives for best practices and knowledge management strategies. • Assist in building a standard training and certification model. Requirements: • 2+ years’ Coaching and Training experience preferred. • 2+ years’ Quality experience preferred. • Client-facing role or experience with direct client interaction is preferred. • Strong data management and technical skills. • Strong Analytical thinking with advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize, manage workload, and successfully meet project and tight client deadlines. • Ability to demonstrate initiative and independent thinking. • Ability to think strategically while solving tactical challenges. • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and make independent decisions. • Strong customer service focus. • Strong ability to work with other departments/ teams to resolve issues. • KCS Advisor or Mentor licensure preferred. • Proven success in motivating and developing others. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly. • Strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to navigate, communicate, and present in a matrixed or client-facing environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote) and WebEx Tools. • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
