Job Overview: This is 100% remote position. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients through a variety of communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and maintaining a... high level of efficiency and accuracy in their work. Duties: - Provide timely and effective customer support via phone or email. - Analyze customer needs and provide relevant health insurance information - Utilize effective communication skills to resolve customer issues and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. - Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database. - Engage in outbound calling to proactively address customer needs - Maintain a thorough understanding of services, and provide detailed information to customers as needed. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve successful customer support Requirements: - Proficiency in English and Spanish and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. - Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent customer experiences. - Experience with data entry and analysis. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity. - Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required. - High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred. - Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is highly desirable. - Familiarity with client management systems and technology is a plus.
