POSITION DETAILS: • Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process • Teaching Hours: Peak hours are Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time. Extra hours can be taken on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing time • Students: Kids aged 4-11 years based in China • Class duration: 25 and 55 minutes (one-on-one classes) • Remuneration: Set base rate of 12 USD per hour • Contract type: Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company • Location: Embrace the convenience of working from home ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deliver engaging English lessons to kids students • Create a dynamic and fun classroom environment • Lead discussions, assess student performance, and provide feedback and grading of homework Requirements APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: • Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher (Any field) • Accredited, completed 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or TEYL • 2 years of teaching experience • English first language speakers from the USA or Canada. • Computer literate with a clear criminal record • Engaging and inspiring communication skills • Punctual and precise timekeeping • Alignment with The Really Great Teacher Company's values TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: • PC specifications: Intel Core i5 (Use the \"Apply for this Job\" box below).
