We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Associate to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn how to support our clients and employees or candidates of... our clients in a face-paced startup environment thats helping to solve some of the biggest challenges for HR and Ops teams. In this role, you will communicate with and troubleshoot issues for our platform users, and provide best practices and assistance to employees and candidates of our customers. Youll help in facilitating review and analyses of commentary and contribute to data entry/operations tasks. Primary Responsibilities: Assist all customers with questions and issue resolution Manage backlog of cases and support tickets Review, moderate, and analyze commentary Data entry Contribute to customer trainings At least 1 year in a technical support role At least 2 years in a customer-facing role Availability and flexibility to work holidays Availability and flexibility to work Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST Preferred experience: Bilingual - Spanish Experience moderating or reviewing large volumes of data Experience with confidentiality principles Experience working with enterprise-level customers Experience in a Human Resources or Operations field Apply Job!
