Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional service to customers by understanding and addressing their needs. • Assist customers in scheduling services and resolving inquiries efficiently. • Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments or individuals. • Gather information to respond to customer questions accurately. • Provide detailed information about services and offerings. • Address billing inquiries and process payments over the phone. • Handle issue resolution in a professional and timely manner. • Communicate updates about service issues by coordinating with the appropriate teams. Social Media Management Responsibilities: In addition to customer service, the candidate will also be responsible for managing our social media presence, which includes: • Developing and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms. • Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Analyzing social media metrics and reporting on campaign performance. • Researching and implementing new trends to enhance social media engagement. • Collaborating with the team to align social media strategies with company goals. • Creating and maintaining a content calendar for consistent posting. • Running paid social media advertisements, if necessary. Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in handling billing systems and scheduling tools. • A customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
