In this role, you will perform entry-level application administration tasks remotely. Key Responsibilities • Utilize excellent typing skills (over 40 WPM) to perform data entry tasks accurately. • Communicate effectively in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. • Experience in tier 1 helpdesk support or triage will be beneficial. Additional Requirements • Must have reliable internet connectivity. • Flexibility to work shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM EST, supporting various divisions.
