Shifts available: EASTERN Time2pm-10pm: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Sunday230pm-1030pm: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Sunday Responsibilities:Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound callsTake messages and dispatch them according to client’s instructionsFollow communication “scripts” when handling different topicsObtain, enter and update all patient information in the patient’s... electronic records to main accuracy for scheduling purposes.
