Special Education Teacher - Near Plymouth, MN Contract Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary. • Provide direct instruction in academic, social, and life skills to students with diverse needs. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and learning. • Assess and evaluate students' abilities and needs to inform instructional planning and intervention. • Advocate for students' rights and ensure compliance with special education regulations and policies. Caseload: Elementary. More details will be discussed on the virtual interview.
