We are expanding our team and seeking passionate, driven, and certified Insurance Agents for Medicare Advantage Sales to join us remotely in Texas, Arizona and Florida. Key Responsibilities... • Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences. • Present Medicare Advantage options in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting key benefits and features. • Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations. • Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets. Required Skills and licenses: • Active NPN and open to renew for AHIP 2025. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Proficient at conducting phone calls, with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust remotely. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. What we offer: • 100% Home office • Hourly payrate: $20.00 USD with unlimited commissions per sale, with the opportunity to earn up to $2000 weekly, commissions included. (No chargebacks!) • Weekends off. • Great job environment. • This is not a telemarketing job, you will work with warm leads only.
