Were looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our admin, finance, and client onboarding processes. Your main tasks will include invoice management, payment tracking, financial reporting, and assisting with new client onboarding. You'll be working with tools like QuickBooks, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, and Google Workspace to ensure smooth operations. If youre detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in administrative and financial tasks, wed love to hear from you! Responsibilities: ? Admin & Finance Support: - Create and send invoices via QuickBooks. - Track client payments (bank transfer, Stripe) and update financial records. - Process payments to team members using Wise, Payoneer, or PayPal. - Maintain organized financial logs and assist with monthly reports. ? Client Onboarding: - Send welcome emails and onboarding documents to new clients. - Ensure contracts and invoices are correctly set up. Keep client information organized in our system. ? General Administrative Support: - Organize invoices and financial documents with Google Workspace. - Communicate with the accountant to provide missing invoices and reports. - Resolve issues with financial tools (QuickBooks, Stripe, Wise, PayPal). Requirements: ?? Must-have skills: - Experience in admin, finance, and client onboarding. - Proficiency with QuickBooks, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Revolut Business, Google Drive. - Strong English communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. ?? Nice-to-have: - Experience in marketing or creative agencies. - Understanding of international payment processing.
