Cloud-native solutions optimize compute for both CPU and GPU. • Remote-first environment • Smart, fun, and low-ego team • Currently 30 employees, poised for unicorn status • Compensation: Base Salary over 200k plus equity • Team Structure: You will be part of the Solutions Architecture team within Engineering, focusing on delivering innovative solutions for our external customers. Key Responsibilities • Engage with customers to identify and address challenges in deploying containerized workloads, particularly for complex jobs (HPC, GPU, ML, AI, etc.). • Design and deploy robust infrastructure solutions that meet client needs. • Collaborate with development teams to enhance processes and efficiency. • Create and maintain documentation and repeatable processes. Critical Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Engineering, or Software Engineering. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (design, deployment, management) across platforms like EKS, AKE, and GKE. • Proficiency in cloud-native, multi-cloud, or hybrid architectures, particularly AWS. • Experience designing and implementing customer-facing cloud infrastructure components. • Strong background in Linux-based systems and products. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, and Bash. • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Helm. • Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions. Preferred Qualifications • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes Operators (e.g., ECK, Prometheus, Istio, Aerospike). • Experience in HPC engineering and orchestration, including deploying and troubleshooting schedulers in the cloud (e.g., Slurm, LFS). • Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow). • Understanding of FinOps best practices for cost management and cloud optimizations. • Experience with Azure platform operations and support. • Active involvement in Kubernetes and/or Cloud Native open-source communities. • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Apply Job!
