Role: ServiceNow TC Location: Remote WAR: No Scope: Work Authorization--US Citizen Strong ITOM discovery consultant who can guide customer on properly populating and maintaining a service-aware CMDB. As well as with skills in visibility, health, discovery, service mapping, and CMDB governance . This resource should be able to provide consultative and advisory support, not just technical execution. This is a staff aug working at the direction of customer. The requirement of candidates is below: 1. Extensive experience deploying ITOM CMDB in On-prem environment (Storage, Compute, Network & Power) and build Topology view 2. Experience in building Topology/Service Mapping with ITOM CMDB discovery in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) and Containers (OpenShift, Kubernetes) 3. Experience in building application inventory using ITOM discovery and other sources to build Service Mapping. 4.
