We're looking for an experienced Special Education Teacher who is eager to contribute their skills and dedication to our team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to create a balance between your professional and personal life. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to... support and guide students in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs. • Develop and implement tailored educational plans to meet each student’s unique needs. • Collaborate with parents, students, and other educational professionals to ensure the success of each student. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. • Valid state teaching certification/licensure in Special Education or eligibility for certification. • At least 2 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. Evaluation and Interview Process • Initial Screening: A 10-15 minute conversation with one of our recruiters to discuss your background and qualifications. • Technical Assessment: A 15-minute assessment to evaluate your technical skills. • Online Interview: A 20-30 minute interview with the school district to discuss your experience and fit for the role. • Offer: We aim to issue offers within 24-48 hours following the interview.
