In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to a diverse range of clients. This role allows you to work from anywhere in the U.S. and offers the opportunity to be the primary point of contact for many valued clients. Key Responsibilities • Managing and organizing emails (sorting and filtering) • Conducting online research • Handling calendar management (scheduling, confirming, canceling, and rescheduling meetings and appointments) • Following up with clients and customers through various channels (phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, email, etc.) • Creating, proofreading, and editing PowerPoint presentations and other documents • Entering and managing data • Making travel arrangements • Assisting with event planning and coordination • Updating and managing CRM systems • Supporting email newsletters • Managing social media accounts • Creating workflows and processes • Preparing spreadsheets and reports • Supporting event planning • Assisting with personal tasks as needed • Providing support and training on new software and making software recommendations Requirements • Associate or Bachelor's Degree • Availability to work at least 40 hours per month (approximately 10 hours per week) • Must be U.S.-based • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Availability Monday through Friday from 9 am EST to 5 pm EST • Ability to meet with clients via Google Meet as needed • Commitment to a 1-year working agreement • Proficiency in internet and computer use • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or creative role • Ability to pass background and reference checks Important Notes • We participate in E-Verify. • Currently accepting applications from all states except California, Montana, Connecticut, Oregon, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wisconsin. • This position is for a 1099 contractor.
