We are looking for a travel coordinator who will coordinate and manage the CEOs weekend travel plans. This role is part-time and will require the coordinator to be on call and available to proactively support the CEOs weekend travel needs. Responsibilities: Provide weekend on call travel coordination and management support... Manage the booking, rebooking, and/or rescheduling of flights, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and/or ground transportation as needed. Follow up on all flights 24 to 48 hours prior to departure to ensure accuracy and that there are no issues. Proactively track flights for delays and cancellations and help CEO find alternative arrangements. Work to resolve issues at the earliest level before escalating to the Executive Assistants and/or the CEOs attention. Escalate matters to Executive Assistant only if urgent. Maintain the CEOs history of travel-related preferences (likes/dislikes, airline and hotel membership numbers, dietary restrictions). Skills Required At least 2 years of travel coordination experience. Executive Assistant (C-Suite) experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends.
