These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule. THE WORK We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Finance Manager to join the RMS Overhead team. In this critical role, you will play a key role in managing RMS overhead costs for new business funds and the services segment. In addition you will be the RMS F&BO subject matter expert on workforce planning and support various other 1LMX initiatives. This is a hands-on position that requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify and implement solutions consistent with business strategy while demonstrating strong business acumen. Key Responsibilities Include • Overhead Cost Management: develop and maintain accurate and compliant costs forecasts and tracking for new business funds and services segment ensuring alignment to business objectives and financial targets • Workforce and Resource Planning: work with a cross functional team on the implementation of Vemo as the F&BO representative • 1LMX and System Support: collaborate with various stakeholders to evaluate and implement future state system design changes and processes while proactively identifying and raising critical financial and operational issues to senior leadership • Various special projects Who We Are Our customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating innovative solutions with the latest technologies.
