About the position As a Solar Sales Representative & Closer at Solar Champs LLC, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to homeowners, focusing on single-family residences. This role involves conducting in-home presentations, educating customers about solar energy benefits, and closing sales to achieve monthly installation targets. The position offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities for career advancement and substantial performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities Promote and sell solar energy systems to homeowners. , Conduct in-home presentations and close sales. , Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and dispel common myths. , Work towards closing 5-10 residential solar installations monthly with a conversion rate of 15-25% from qualified leads. , Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and expand the customer base. , Utilize sales tools like Salesforce to manage leads and track progress. Requirements 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in in-home sales. , Experience in solar sales is a plus. , Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. , Self-driven with a passion for exceeding targets. , Reliable transportation. , Leadership qualities and a customer-focused approach.
