Job description We are looking for someone with empathy to deal with customers in difficult life transitions. We need someone with amazing customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly voice on the phone. This is a great position in the growing Self Storage industry. We are looking for individuals who want to work remotely from home full-time. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Include but is not limited to: • answering phones • guiding customers through selecting the correct unit size for their needs • providing excellent customer service and basically being a grown-up • you need a working computer, stable internet, and a quiet work environment We operate between 9am Eastern and 8pm Eastern Monday - Sunday. Please expect to work weekends. We will guarantee at least one weekend off a month. This is a full time position with two days off a week . We can accommodate some schedule requests.
