About the position The Production Supervisor at Integer is responsible for overseeing manufacturing associates to achieve performance goals in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people management. This role emphasizes adherence to Integer's values and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of manufacturing excellence through the Integer Production System (IPS). The supervisor will lead teams, set objectives, and ensure a high standard of quality in production processes. Responsibilities • Provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates in one or more value streams or departments. , • Coordinate resources and equipment to achieve production goals efficiently. , • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to associates. , • Promote an environment of diversity, open communication, and trust. , • Mentor associates and lead their development and growth in skills. , • Imbed a culture of quality across the team and ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS). , • Manage production plans in conjunction with planning and customer service teams. , • Audit processes and products to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. , • Communicate between shifts and departments to implement best practices and resolve issues. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline or a combination of education and 5 years of experience in leading people and teams. , • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts. , • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a bias for action and problem-solving abilities. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS). , • Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance. , • Knowledge of manufacturing standard work and visual controls (5S).
