In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing. • Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals. • Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals including time management. • Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously remain diligent throughout the day. • Respond to vendor emails, addressing and resolving inquiries related to invoice processing. • Auditing Employee Expense reports • Assisting employees with expense reports • Assisting employees with corporate credit card inquiries via live chat • Working Finance cases off hour employee inquiries • Create and maintain spreadsheets and word documents to support accounts payable activities. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve expense report discrepancies / credit card statements independently. • Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements. Qualifications What We Look for in a Candidate: • Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing excellent service. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in finance (payment/invoicing/accounting) Skills: • Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to: • Add and remove information in cells • Highlight and format cells • Add and delete rows • Navigate between cells and tabs within the same file • Perform basic cell formatting • Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
