Job Summary Job Title: Event Coordinator (Part-Time – Evenings) Job Type: Part-Time (Under 4 hours) Compensation: $15-$20 per hour (Based on experience) Company: Hilton Hotels & Resorts Hilton Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a part-time evening Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a driven and detail-oriented professional, with a knack for organizing and managing events. Job Description As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and social events. You will be involved in every aspect of the event, from ideation and planning to set-up and breakdown, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients and their guests. Responsibilities 1. Coordinate event details, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc. 2. Ensure each event is on schedule and within budget. 3. Communicate with clients, vendors, and event staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. 4. Resolve any event-related issues that arise on the event date. 5. Analyze the events success and prepare reports. Requirements 1. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role. 2. Outstanding communication and negotiation ability. 3. Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for multi-tasking. 4. Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure. 5. A team player with leadership skills. Educational Qualification A degree in hospitality management, public relations, marketing, or relevant field is preferred. Experience Previous experience in event planning or coordination is required. Experience with hotel or hospitality industry events is a plus.
