About the role and why it’s unique: • Lead the design and management of comprehensive training and quality assurance programs for Fraud & Payments Operations, driving team performance and operational excellence. • Build and mentor a high-performing team of trainers and QA specialists, empowering them with the skills, tools, and knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborate with leadership to set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness and quality assurance, implementing improvements as needed. • Stay at the forefront of learning and QA innovations, ensuring that training methods and processes align with industry best practices and evolving operational needs. Who you are: • 3+ years of experience in training and quality assurance, with proven success in leading learning and performance management teams. • Expertise in designing and delivering training programs, with the ability to develop both in-person and online learning solutions. • Experienced with building training and QA plans that support business goals and optimize team performance. • Passion for mentoring and empowering others, with the ability to lead, inspire, and elevate teams in a dynamic operational environment. Even better if you have: • Experience in Fraud and Payments or industries like online sports betting or daily fantasy, with a deep understanding of operational challenges in these areas. • A qualification in training design or delivery, with additional experience in developing online learning modules. • Strong knowledge of QA systems and metrics, with a data-driven approach to assessing and improving team performance. • A keen interest in staying current on learning/QA trends and innovations, with a proactive approach to integrating new methodologies and technologies. Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $92,000 and $103,500, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
