Key Responsibilities • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective borrowers, ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded. • Assess clients’ financial circumstances to recommend the most suitable loan products tailored to their unique situations. • Operate efficiently in a high-energy setting, managing multiple clients and loan files concurrently. • Handle a consistent influx of inbound leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. • Lock loans at the point of sale, gather initial documentation, and submit comprehensive loan packages to production staff. • Accurately structure and price loans for optimal client satisfaction. Required Skills • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer financial situations. • Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and files in a dynamic environment. • Proficient in loan structuring and pricing. • Problem-solving aptitude to address client inquiries effectively.
