We are currently seeking an Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities... -Handle inbound calls from callers and provide excellent customer service, while taking messages for our clients. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education Excellent communications skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Must have excellent typing skills – Minimum of 35WPM. Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills. Must live in Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arizona, or Pennsylvania.
