Conduct data analysis to identify gaps between application portfolio management tools. Gather, reconcile and sync attribute data for the application portfolio management systems. Analyze and map data sources between systems, such as software contracts, entitlements and spend data in Zip, LeanIX and Zylo. Classify data objects in applications, ie Confidential, Compartmentalized, Customer PII, etc. Manage the application portfolio metadata library, and recommend what would be useful to other programs, such as IT Asset Management. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and increased efficiency within the applications portfolio. Design, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to application portfolio management. Provide recommendations for application retirement, consolidation, or replacement based on analysis and business needs. Skills: Proven experience as a Data Analyst, or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of application portfolio management principles and best practices. Familiarity with LeanIX or similar tools are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Adapt and be effective working with local, remote, global team members in global time-zones. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Apply Job!
