About the position The Project Manager - Technical role at Cognizant involves leading automation projects within the healthcare domain, particularly focusing on claims, configuration, and reimbursement processes. The position requires a strong understanding of Facets and NetworX data models, as well as hands-on experience with various programming languages and technologies. The role emphasizes creativity in identifying automation opportunities and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage project deadlines effectively. Responsibilities • Lead automation projects in the healthcare domain, focusing on claims and reimbursement processes. , • Determine automation capabilities of organizational processes or products. , • Ideate and innovate solutions for repetitive manual tasks or data feed operations. , • Build automated systems and troubleshoot errors during implementation. , • Write reports detailing automation projects from inception to completion. , • Create design specification documents, user guides, and installation manuals. , • Test and monitor automation systems to ensure functionality and efficiency. , • Train stakeholders on troubleshooting automation systems. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in the healthcare domain, particularly with claims and reimbursement processes. , • Strong knowledge of Facets and NetworX data models. , • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as JAVA, .Net Framework, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and VBA. , • Proficiency in SQL management, including creating and maintaining stored procedures, triggers, and views. , • Ability to perform root cause analysis and validate issues in claims processing. , • Strong data analysis skills using industry-standard approaches. , • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. , • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. , • Advanced computer proficiency and attention to detail. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with CMS and State Medicaid websites. , • Experience in training stakeholders on automation systems.
