Job Description Job Description... Now hiring Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agents in Dallas, TX! This is a full-time work from home opportunity paying $21/hr. Licensed agents will receive inbound calls enrolling customers in Medicare. Responsibilities: • Receive mostly inbound calls from customers interested in enrolling in Medicare. • Place some outbound calls to warm leads. No cold calls. • Provide information to callers and recommend policies based on needs. • Complete all necessary sales processes with accuracy while providing excellent customer service. Work Hours: • Full Time, 8-hour shift, Must be available for shifts 7 days per week / Mon-Sun • Shift will be assigned between the hours of 8 am to 2 am.
