We are looking for a highly connected and experienced professional to join our team as a Secondary Market Loan Sales Executive. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the secondary real estate market and expertise in whole loan transactions. You’ll be responsible for placing our owner-financed mortgage notes with the right buyers, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining strategic investor relationships. What You’ll Do • Develop and maintain relationships with private investors, hedge funds, and institutional buyers interested in non-QM mortgage notes. • Manage whole loan transactions from initial pricing through closing, ensuring smooth execution. • Analyze and structure loan sales, optimizing returns based on market trends and investor preferences. • Negotiate pricing and terms, balancing profitability with long-term investor relationships. • Monitor secondary market conditions, adjusting strategies to align with shifting demand. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, due diligence, and seamless loan transfers. What You Bring • Extensive connections in the secondary mortgage market, with a strong network of private buyers and institutional investors. • Proven experience buying or selling non-QM mortgage notes or working with whole loan transactions. • Deep understanding of secondary market pricing, underwriting, and risk assessment. • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of closing high-value transactions. • Ability to analyze loan portfolios and identify the best sales strategy for maximum profitability.
