Job Description About the Role Teleperformance USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content on our clients' platforms to ensure it meets community guidelines. We're looking for a fearless individual who is inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. If you're passionate about social media, have a strong emotional intelligence, and are comfortable reviewing internet content, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Review user-generated content to determine compliance with community guidelines • Participate in frequent refresher training to ensure accurate and quality content moderation • Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client • Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed-upon turnaround times • Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely Requirements • Ability to work on-site in El Paso, Texas (not a remote position) • Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial websites • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience • Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate • Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills • Ability to work various shifts and meet changing business needs • Experienced with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills • Ability to type 25 wpm and have a high school diploma or equivalent • Predictable and reliable attendance • 6 months of customer service experience preferred Why Join Teleperformance USA?
