Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Lexington The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides comprehensive HR consultation and support services to an assigned business unit. The HR Business Partner will assist with maximizing the effectiveness of Baptist Health leaders and contributes to the achievement of strategic objectives and assist with projects as needed.
