Job Posting: Special Education Teacher Location: Portland, Oregon Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with staff, families, and students to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a deep commitment to student success. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement in the state of Oregon. • Proven experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities. • Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Commitment to equity and inclusion in education.
