This is a wonderful entry-level position for those looking to start their career in customer service, particularly within the luxury goods sector. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through our live chat system, assisting them with inquiries about our exquisite jewelry collections and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
