United Built Homes is seeking an individual with collections experience to join our team! Schedule and Compensation... The required schedule for this full time position is Monday - Thursday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday. Compensation will include a competitive hourly rate, plus commission. Job Duties: • Collection calls and correspondence in a goal oriented collections department. • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts. • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department. • Must communicate & follow up effectively with customers. • Collection experience preferred but we will offer training for the right person. • Must be able to work from home, maintaining reliable internet access and a dedicated work space that is free of distractions. • Must reside in Arkansas, Louisiana or Texas • Ability to make and receive phone calls to and from customers • Process payments and update status of accounts • Ability to type on a computer for a large portion of the day • Communicate with other Collections Department/UBH staff Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Apply Job!
