Job Summary The Administrative Assistant focuses on UniversalGiving’s administration. The Assistant helps update documents and information that help with the effective governance of UniversalGiving... Responsibilities: • Maintain timely and accurate data entry in Salesforce • Accurately update documentation in GoogleDrive and Dropbox • Update operational and other manuals as needed • With proven, dedicated execution, send out Annual funder mail outs as scheduled • With proven positive attitude and positive track record, perform research on high net-worth potential and existing donors Qualifications: Bachelor's degree • - or equivalent training.
