The Financial Analyst II- Life & Retirement and Distribution coordinates budgets/plan with division leadership and provides guidance, analyzes budgets, financial modeling and prepares or supervises monthly accrual and expense analysis. Ability to study metrics, forecasts of business conditions and trends and draw relevant conclusions as requested Ability to design and communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial results Ability to prepare ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets and analyses Ability to prepare cost benefit analysis for proposed projects or system Technical knowledge and skills for specialized software applications. [i.e. accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis.] Has theoretical and practical knowledge of financial and analytical techniques Process improvement mindset Capability to plan own work and respect deadlines Job Requirements: Bachelors degree and three to five years of Finance/Accounting experience.
