Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software. Benefits and facilities: Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account 24 leaves in a year+comp offs+b'day leaves Very Attractive Incentives . Good communication skills in English. No Extension of Shift Timings Friendly Working Environment No Freshers are Welcome. 10+2 Candidate Profile: Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year Must know how to close their own calls.
